			Sistema múltiplo estelar Com idade por volta de 8 à 11 milhões de anos. Distante de 280 anos luz.
&lt;br/&gt;Componente A com magnitude 1.25, Componente A1 espectográfico e componente B com magnitude 11.40. Há referencia de componente C somente óptico, com distancia de 370 arcosegundos.
&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Separação entre A e B é de 42.6 arcosegundos e posição angular 326 graus no ano 2000.
&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Componente A é estrela variável pulsante tipo cephei, com variação à nível centesimal a cada 4 horas.
&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Componente A1 tem período orbital de 5 anos e distancia de 5.4 à 12 U A da componente principal.
&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Componente B tem período orbital de 55 mil anos.
&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Uma outra estrela em estágio inicial de formação teria sido descoberta pelo Chandra X-ray e portanto não visível no espectro do olho humano.
&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;nota: há uma grande variação de valores referente a distancia de Beta Cruz com relação ao Planeta Terra. Varia de 280 à 580 anos luz.

			&lt;b&gt;NGC 3576 -&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;Dista de 9.000 anos luz, situada na periferia do braço Sagitário. Nebulosa de emissão formada por H II. Caracterizada por estrelas massivas, quentes, intensa emissora de ultravioleta. Devido a densidade da nebulosa, muitas de suas estrelas não são visíveis. Possui alguns glóbulos escuros, constituido de gas e poeira, considerado como região de formação de estrelas, que se parecem como buracos na nebulosa. Também conhecida como Nebulosa da Estátua da Liberdade.
&lt;br/&gt;Devido a sua intrigante forma, provavelmente devido aos ventos estrelares, chegou a receber 6 diferentes nomes.
&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;b&gt;NGC 3603 -&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;Aglomerado aberto e nebulosa, constelação de Carina. Dista 20.000 anos luz. Circundada por densa nuvem de gás H II. É uma das mais densas concentrações de estrelas massivas na galáxia. Forte radiação ultravioleta e ventos estrelares afastaram o gás e poeira, permitindo a visibilidade do aglomerado.
&lt;br/&gt;Acredita-se que seja uma das maiores nebulosas da Via Lactea, podendo ser vista de outras galáxias como um ponto rosa no braço de Sagitário

			NGC 6618, Nebulosa de Omega, também conhecida como Nebulosa do Cisne (Swan), Nebulosa da Lagosta, Nebulosa da Ferradura (Horseshoe), é uma região de Hidrogênio II
&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Dista em torno de 5 a 6 mil anos luz, e se expande por 15 anos luz em diametro. A nuvem interestrelar do qual esta nebulosa faz parte tem aproximadamente 40 anos luz em diâmetro e tem a massa de 30.000 vezes a massa solar. A massa total da Nebulosa é estimada em 800 massas solares.
